Nearly half of the world’s population, as we know it, resides within the 10/40 Window – a region that spans from 10 to 40 degrees north of the equator across Africa and Asia. This area is also known as “The Resistant Belt”, an area that is home to the majority of the world’s Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and other religions. It also accounts for 75% of the global unreached population.
Despite the immense need, only 3% of all missionaries worldwide are able to reach these area, and a mere 2% of the US’s total mission donations contribute towards efforts there.
What is even more shocking is that 86% of individuals from other major religions do not personally know a Christian. So, how do we as Christians overcome this vast spiritual gap in the world?
At Transforming Leaders in Asia, we are dedicated to addressing this challenge by equipping, encouraging, and empowering both current and emerging Christian leaders to impact their churches and communities through the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
