literature
The written word can have a powerful impact on a person’s life. TLA has distributed over 600 Bibles, 250 Commentaries, 40 Bible softwares, and other related literature to lay leaders all over India.
Many leaders are in need of good commentaries and reference books to aid them in their own studies as well.
media & technology
Equipping lay leaders and ministry workers with essential tools like laptops or desktop computers significantly strengthens their capacity to serve. Access to reliable technology enables them to prepare teaching materials, conduct virtual training sessions, communicate more effectively with their communities, and access theological and educational resources online. In regions where resources are limited, such equipment becomes a vital bridge to learning, collaboration, and outreach. By providing these tools, you are not just giving a device—you are empowering leaders to grow in knowledge, connect with others, and expand their impact for the Kingdom.
Transportation
By the end of 2023, TLA successfully distributed over 60 motorbikes to dedicated ministry leaders and workers. These motorbikes have greatly reduced travel time, allowing them to reach remote villages, conduct home visits, and carry out their ministry with greater efficiency. With your continued support, TLA hopes to provide even more leaders with reliable transportation, easing their travel burdens and expanding the reach of the Gospel in hard-to-access areas.

Each year, TLA is committed to training 200–250 emerging Christian leaders who are passionate about serving their communities and spreading the Gospel. In many regions, these leaders face significant challenges, including limited access to formal theological education and mentorship.
Our training programs are designed to meet this need by emphasizing evangelism, discipleship, and faithful interpretation of Scripture. Participants are equipped to write and deliver exegetical sermons, preach the Word of God with clarity and conviction, provide pastoral counseling, and grow in essential leadership skills. This training is vital to strengthening the Church, fostering spiritual maturity, and raising up servant-hearted leaders who can effectively minister in diverse and often difficult contexts.
